Kabala

Knights Templar
An order of knights formed during the Crusades, they were given favorable treatment until their power threatened that of the Roman Catholic Church. In 1308 the Templars were subjected to the inquisition. Contemporary Knights Templar are esoteric in their beliefs and try to establish historic continuity with their forebears.
Last Supper
The meal that Jesus and his disciples took just before Jesus' arrest.
Manicheanism
A religion which synthesized elements of Buddhism, Christianity, Gnosticism, and Zoroastrianism. It was founded by Mani in Mesopotamia.
Miracle
An event in which God suspends one or more natural laws and makes an impossible outcome happen.
Miriam
Hebrew version of the name Mary.
