Q: They claim to find Jesus' Tomb. They say archaeologists, forensics experts, statisticians, etc. have COME TOGETHER to decipher "one of the greatest mysteries of all time"
sounds more like a circus advertisement to me.
Look at the motives...Follow the money...Do your own research, believe me there are tons of debates, theories, findings...you name it. The truth will reveal itself, no one will have to go digging it up.
I have a Question:
WHY, IF YOU SAY YOU PAY ATTENTION TO CLOSE DETAIL, DO YOU HAVE ON A WEB SITE INTRO PAGE A CLAIM THAT "An incredible archaeological discovery in Israel changes history and shocks the world. Tombs with the names The Virgin Mary, Jesus of Nazareth, Mary Magdalene and Judas, their son, are found and an investigation begins."
HUH?
DID YOU SEE THAT
"...Tombs with the names The Virgin Mary, Jesus of Nazareth, Mary Magdalene and Judas, their son, are found..."
OK...THEN WHY INSIDE THE SAME SITE IT SAYS;
"Ossuary 80/505 was inscribed “Maria” – a Latinized version of the name “Miriam,” rendered in Hebrew letters. AND Ossuary 80/500: “Mariamene e Mara” – “Mariamne, also called Master”
BUT WAIT THE INTRO PAGE SAID "...The Virgin Mary..."
AND "...Mary Magdalene.." NAMES FOUND
HOW MISLEADING (TISK TISK TISK)
Oh...and if this were a court of law (and since they use legal nomenclature)
CREDIBILITY is something you need. I found a little dent in that armor. I'm sure with your own searching you will find some too.

A: Look at the big picture now... why are certain people trying to push this Jesus-Magdalene farce? What do they have to gain from this? Why don't these people accept the FACT that 500 eyewitnesses at the time saw Jesus Christ after he was resurrected? That the Apostle themselves (Book of Acts) were eyewitnesses to Jesus Christ rising into heaven?

A: Although I have no intention of defending the sinister Bush regime, WMD did exist in Iraq, at least until some time before the war began. Both Russia and the US had provided it to him for different reasons, although the American reason is pretty well known, namely Iran. The weapons were likely taken out of Iraq preluding the US invasion.

A: Bottom line - these people found a tomb that contains bone boxes with the names of Jesus and his family inscribed. THAT's NOT Hollywood. Oh - and by the way - world famous statisticians agree that there's a one in 30,000 chance that it's NOT his tomb - get over it.

A: No one is trying to disprove that Jesus was a miraculous human being or that he changed the world for the better. But you uppity Christians often forget that you acknowledge Jesus Christ as "fully man" and "fully God". Dont forget the "fully man" part.
And by the way, typing in caps does not convey your point any better.

Mariamene is rarer still, found only on this ossuary, the Gospel of Philip (applied to Magdalene and to the mother of Jesus), and the Divine Liturgy of the Eastern Orthodox Church. On her feast day, Saint Mary Magdalene is honored as Mariamene. She is called "Equal to the Apstles" and "the Apostle to the Apostles." Your ignorance is exceeded only by your flatulence.
