A Logic Proof : Bible Is Corrupted
GOD IN THE BIBLE VS GOD IN THE QURAN.
Two Ex-Christians brought a comparison between the Bible and the Quran, and how each book describe and characterize God .
While talking about this subject they used examples from both books, and to make sure everything is correct I did get these information from KJB Bible (in basic English), and from “Arabic Text with Corresponding English Meanings”
God rested in the 7th day - Exodus 51:17 It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever; because in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day HE TOOK HIS REST, and had pleasure in it.
{ GOD GET TIRED .. Too much work . Is that make Him more like human & and other living things }
Quran- 50:38 - And WE did certainly create the heavens and earth and what is between them in six days, and THERE TOUCHED US NO WEARINESS.
Psalm 78:65 Then was the Lord like one awaking from sleep, and like a strong man crying out because of wine.
{ THE SLEEPING , DRUNKEN GOD }
Quran- 2:255 Allah - there is no deity except HIM, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all existence. NEITHER DROWSINESS OVERTAKE HIM NOR SLEEP......His Kursi [THROWN] extends over the heavens and the earth, AND THEIR PRESERVATION TIRES HIM NOT . And HE is the Most High, the Most Great.
2 Samuel 22:8 Then the earth was moved with a violent shock; the bases of heaven were moved and shaking, because he was angry.

{GOD- BLOW SMOKE FROM HIS NOSE , AND FIRE FROM HIS MOUTH , can anyone picture this in mind and not related it to the Chinese dragons, or the science-fiction movies of HOLY-WOOD ?}
22:10 The heavens were bent, so that he might come down; and it was dark under his feet.
{THE BIBLE INSULTING GOD , I THINK THAT IS TOO MUCH .}
Quran- 7:180 AND TO ALLAH BELONG THE BEST NAMES, so invoke HIM by them.
Quran- 59:24 HE IS ALLAH, THE CREATOR, THE FASHIONER, TO HIM BELONG THE BEST NAMES. Whatever is in the heavens and earth is exalting HIM. And HE is the Exalted in might , the wise.
Judges 1:19 And the Lord was with Judah; and he took the hill-country for his heritage; but he was unable to make the people of the valley go out, for they had war-carriages of iron.
{ All what we can say here is “Judah’s GOD IS A WEAK GOD” }
Quran- 3:26 Say, O ALLAH, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take sovereignty away from whom You will. You honor whom You will and You humble whom You will. In Your hand is all good. Indeed, YOU ARE OVER ALL THINGS COMPETENT.
Quran - 65:3 .....And whoever relies upon Allah - then HE is sufficient for him. INDEED, ALLAH WILL ACCOMPLISH HIS PURPOSE. ALLAH HAS ALREADY SET FOR EVERYTHING A [DECREED] EXTENT.
Genesis 6:5/6 And the Lord saw that the sin of man was great on the earth, and that all the thoughts of his heart were evil. 6:6 And THE LORD HAD SORROW BECAUSE HE HAD MADE MAN ON THE EARTH, AND GRIEF WAS IN HIS HEART.
{ WOW... ... Did they forget ?, “So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created he him.
Genesis 1:27 - GOD DOES NOT KNOW OR UNDERSTAND WHAT HE CREATED , AND HE IS IN GRIEF .}
Quran- 22:70 DO YOU NOT KNOW THAT ALLAH KNOWS WHAT IS IN THE HEAVEN AND EARTH ?, INDEED, THAT IS IN A RECORD. INDEED THAT, FOR ALLAH, IS EASY.
From the above we find :
God in the Bible ,
- GOD GET TIRED...THE SLEEPING , THE DRUNKEN GOD....THE ANGRY GOD...THE BLOWING SMOKE AND FIRE GOD....A WEAK GOD... HE MADE A MISTAKE BY CREATING MAN LIKE HIM.
Allah [God] in the Quran ,
- TO ALLAH BELONG THE BEST NAMES...GOD KNOWS WHAT IS IN THE HEAVEN AND EARTH ...GOD THE CREATOR... GOD THE ALL KNOWING...GOD WILL ACCOMPLISH HIS PURPOSE....GOD OVER ALL THINGS COMPETENT.... NEITHER DROWSINESS OVERTAKE HIM NOR SLEEP.
The words which came in both books are very clear and easy to understand . It is for those who read the books with an open mind, and use the logic to be the judge for witch book give the right attribute to our creator the almighty God.

I have been reading your posts when I can.
Soooo busy at work.
I admire your love of the historical analysis of texts!
Man, you are a force, indeed.
When computers and bible text analysis programs brooke the hold of a small group of specialists from Europe over the ancient texts of the Old and New Testaments, we Catholics and Protestants had to sort of sit up and take notice of the Jewish and secular exegetes that did not need to 'marry-up' what analysis said and what a particular doctrine said.
Many are still in shock over new interpretations.
As we were able to withness ourselves from this very site, when Professor Charlesworth organized the Conference in Jerusalem to allow specialists from all over to come together to examine new and old themes, including the tomb in Talpiot,
even the specialist got hot under the collar.
That conference was for specialists, and even they are still letting the dust, and their blood pressures, settle from the fallout of that important conference.
I think that YOU bring to our 'amateur' forum here, a hint of how the man from the Mediterranean Bassin, be he Berber, be he Lebanese, be he Christian or Muslim (or a bit of both),
I think that YOU, and women and men like you, who still have echos of ancient poetry styles in your modern way of speaking, that come from that Bassin, can and do force us of the Christian and Jewish traditions, to stop and think about your point of view.
When time will permit, I will continue to read your posts.
Your mind-set does reflect some of the rigidity of some Old Testament thinkers. I will continue to hope that you will come to include input from a variety of historians in your thinking. Despite your sometime "my-way-or-the-highway" approach, I do see value in some of the re-interpretations that you shed light on.
The work you propose is a mammouth re-examination of history by entire societies. This is a slow, turtle pace project.
Heavy work responsibilities keep me from responding to posts individually. But, I enjoy reading your posts when I get to the site.
As November 2010 comes to a close, I am in Christmas music mode.

Two reasons :
- despite my own wish to see entire societies infuse text analysis into
their religious practices, it is important to continue to love simple human beings, our brothers, who are living lives of charity and honest, hard work.
- secondly, even if some societies do succeed in infusing into their beliefs information from modern text analysis;
it is okay to 'be Christian at Christmas';
it is okay to remember the message of peace and love of Jesus;
it is okay to admire the good things that culture has produced, even if that goodness has been produced inside a faith that wrongly interprets a verse of ancient writing.
I think I have shown my genuine interest for Islamic history.
I think I have shown my genuine interest for the important contributions from Islam, through Middle Age Andalousian culture, to the development of the European Renaissance.
I think you can forgive me if, for the next few weeks, as Christmas approaches, as I remember my Dad singing Silent Night to me as a child, that you will understand that in this new age of exegesis, `
it is okay to remember with fondness the love of our fathers, who are,
in their speech and song, imprinted forever by the vocabulary of faith
set in a specific time and place.

Most, their choice was Islam, as [Dr. Jerald Dirks - Dr, Laurence Brown - District judge (England) , Marilyn Mornington, and endless names can be found like them ] , and few choose not to believe in God at all as [Dr. Bart D Ehrman - and others], who did not mention the Quran, and knows nothing about it, or about Islam , like you..
I FOUND THAT:
A- All those I mentioned are very highly educated, and done their research with an open mind, and their research done in a very LOGICAL & SCIENTIFIC way, and they never claim anything that was not right, and first of all they were never been forced to do what they did. All wrote books about their findings.
{- The Eight Scroll - MisGod’ed - The first and final commandment- The Abrahamic faith- The Crecent and the Cross- Understood Islam}
B- All, those who chooses Islam never abandoned the Bible and the Gospels in total, but they believe in the words of God which came to Moses and Jesus, but not the words of the scribes, and others who done a lot of writings which do not belong to Moses and Jesus.
C- All, they do love Jesus and believe in His words and in His miracles and on top of all in His message that GOD IS ONE, “THE LORD OUR GOD IS ONE LORD”, which is the message of God to Moses and to all other prophets.
D- All, they believe that the Christianity religion which came after Jesus is the creation of people, and started by Paul and developed by his followers and by the people of the churches [The trinity]. The Christians who have some knowledge knows this fact, but many are blinded by their faith and will never accept anything else, and for them the words of the scribes and Paul are the words of God and it should come first even if Jesus say different , and that is the works of the churches to keep their business {brainwashing & programming}.
E- All knows the fact that when they choose Islam they cannot be Muslims if they do not believe in Jesus and all the other prophets.
F- “ I think that YOU, AND WOMEN AND MEN LIKE YOU, who still have echos of ancient poetry styles.....and following the scribes and Paul, who are from ancient time ”
1- I and those women and men YOU MENTIONED we use our brain logically and scientifically as the main tool to analyze what came to us from people of ancient time who had very limited knowledge beside reading and writing, who lived thousands of years back in history when the myths believed as the truth, people so naive accept anything without using their brain and logic, as {The smoke from God nose and the fire from His mouth}. SO, YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT WE LIVE BY THE STANDARD OF THE 21ST CENTURY AND NOT BY THE ECHOS OF THE ANCIENT STYLES OF BLINDED BELIEVERS.
2- On the other hand, YOU AND THE WOMEN AND MEN LIKE YOU who believe that Jesus is God, are the one who hang on, and defending something came to you by those scribes and the people of long robes which had a lot of doubt about it is validity or origin {There are NO ORIGINAL SCRIPTURES but only copies of copies}, and no one is sure who wrote the books.
SO, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO ECHOS THE ANCIENT MYTHS.

HOW A MAN CAN BECAME SILLY & ST-PID WHEN BLINDED BY HIS FAITH !!! ?.
Note: {I am using the “Bible” as for the old & the new testament}
{The contradictions in the Bible are so many that no one can deny this fact or say otherwise, except those who are blinded by their faith who try to defend the Bible and the Gospels by any mean, by mainly using verses from the letters of “PAUL” , or verses from the Bible [the Bible which is full of errors and contradictions, and some creates NEW METHODS to do that , and using everything including their own words!!!.}

THE OLD TESTAMENT, by Moses words, long before Jesus:
1- YOU SHALL HAVE NO OTHER gods BEFORE ME. 1st Commandment.
- YOU SHALL NOT MAKE FOR YOURSELF AN IDOL, OR ANY LIKENESS OF WHAT IS IN HEAVEN ABOVE OR ON THE EARTH BENEATH OR IN THE WATER UNDER THE EARTH. 2nd commandment .
2- HEAR, O ISRAEL : THE LORD OUR GOD IS ONE LORD. Deu. 6:4
3- I AM THE LORD YOUR GOD. Lev. 19:34 & 36 -20:7 etc. The words of God to Moses.
4- LOVING THE LORD YOUR GOD AND WORSHIPING HIM with all your heart and all your soul. Deu. 11:13
5- Only take great care to do the orders and the law which Moses, the Lord's servant, gave you; to have LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD and to go in all his ways; and to KEEP HIS LAWS {THE COMMANDMENTS}, and to be true to him and to be his servants with all your heart and with all your soul. Joshua- 22:5

WHAT I WROTE ABOVE ARE THE WORDS WHICH CAME IN THE BIBLE AND THE GOSPELS, AND THEY ARE THE TRUE WORDS OF MOSES AND JESUS, AND THEIR WORDS ARE THE MESSAGE WHICH BEEN GIVEN TO THEM BY GOD WHO SENT THEM AS PROPHETS, AND WHAT EVER STEP THEY WALK AND WHATEVER ACT THEY DID, AND WHATEVER MIRACLE THEY PERFORM IS THE WORKS OF GOD.
MOSES AND JESUS MESSAGES ARE VERY CLEAR , AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND BY ANY PERSON WHO HAVE A HEALTHY BRAIN, AND WHAT I MEAN HERE, THAT WHEN A BRAIN IS CORRUPTED BY UNLOGICAL PHILOSOPHICAL nonsense stuff THEN IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIGURE THE RIGHT FROM THE WRONG. For example [ 3 PERSON but ONE GOD or 1GOD but in 3 PERSONS or Jesus is GOD and the CREATOR but also HE IS THE SON OF GOD and He SIT ON THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD but HE IS THE ONE AND ONLY GOD . ETC.

e) Saul was active in the earliest persecutions of Christianity and attended the stoning of St. Stephen the deacon and first Christian martyr. Paul “persecuted this Way to the death, binding and delivering to prison both men and women”

THE STORY OF THE VISION STEP BY STEP:
- Paul was born in Tarsus (Asia-Minor) in c.5 , and died in Rome in c. 67.
- On the way to Damascus, Saul saw a vision of Jesus and was converted to the new faith. The time, 33-36 AD.
- THE FIRST LETTER OF PAUL TO THE CORINTHIANS, 53 to 57 AD. That came after 20 to 21 years from Paul’s vision , And Paul did not mention his great vision of Jesus to no one, as Barnabas, Peter, and the many other who met during his journey throughout the years, that important vision which was the reason for his conversion !!!.
- THE SECOND LETTER OF PAUL TO THE CORINTHIANS. About 3 years after the first letter, Paul brought up his story of the vision, and the question is , why he came with this story, and what was it is purpose ?.
We know that Paul will do anything and everything to win a great place for himself among his followers, doing evil to bring the good is OK, and using the rod for those who challenge him is OK too.
Paul vision as came in 2 Corinthians 12 : 1 - 6
Paul first words , “Boasting is necessary, though it is not profitable...”
{In 1 Cor-11:16 Paul said, “Again I say, LET NO ONE THINK ME FOOLISH; BUT IF YOU DO, RECEIVE ME AS FOOLISH, SO THAT I ALSO MAY BOAST A LITTLE. AND AFTER THAT Paul brings the vision story !!!}
Then his story continue,
- “I know a man...who fourteen years ago-
{why Paul lie from the beginning, and not tell the truth that he is the one?}
- “whether in the body I do not know, or out of the body I do not know- such a man was caught up to the third heaven.-
{Paul knows the third heaven !!!, but not in a body or not ?}
- “ And I know how such a man - whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know , God knows.”
{I know how such a man.....I do not know ? . That is more lies}
- “Was caught in paradise and HEARD INEXPRESSIBLE WORDS, WHICH A MAN IS NOT PERMITTED TO SPEAK .”
