Q: Hello,
I am trying to understand the deal with this thing. There is such a book out in print that is said to be a translation by Gideon Jasper Richard Ouseley.
You say on this site that the original book was captured by the vatican once they had seen this work? Does there exist any official substance to this claim? Was that the same original gospel as per the claims of Ouseley?
Since there are prints of the translation in stores and on the net I wonder what the vatican could gain from hiding it, except that the paper could be datestamped and considered nonscorrupted and authentic. I understand there are now new translations of similar texts going on in Tibet to see if they are in harmony with the gospel that Ouseley claims to have found In Tibet too.
Please, I am not here to debate the content only the historical facts of the G12 and the evidence of its actual physical existence and location.
Any insights to that end would be more than welcome, thank you!
Robert
