Q: He states just enough for a response . Then he uses your response to confirm his own convictions without really responding. In Physcology this has diagnosis, but i rufuse to state it for fear of being pegged a "persecutor of christians"

A: Actually, I'm not sure that's what he's doing, I saw a part of your conversation (though that was this morning, admittedly) and I think he is playing with you a bit, or perhaps playing the peripatetic philosopher.
A persecutor of Christians would try to apply that diagnosis to all of us, however, so I don't think that would have merit.
