Q: I'm have some difficulty with this logic.
Biblical historians say Mary was buried in Gethsemane, a mile from Talpiot, and her husband, Joseph, was buried in Galilee when Jesus was a young boy. The evidence for Mary's burial place is quite compelling.

If Mary and Joseph were not buried in the Talpiot then the chances of this being Jesus family are virtualy zero.
