Q: I have participated in this forum from the start, and I wanted to sum up my thoughts.
First, I have enjoyed the debate. Some of you are a bit mean spirited about your ideas, but most of you are fun to debate with. I respect the right of everyone to come to their own conclusions.
It has been my possition on this forum to defend the right to simply ask the question, to be open to the possibility. I don't know any more than you do if this was the actual tomb of the Biblical Jesus.
I have found great value in the very question of a Jesus ossuary. It has forced me to evaluate my own faith. What exatly am I placing my faith in? If all the miracles of the Bible were proven untrue, would there still be anything left to have faith in?
I think yes, if Jesus had no supernatural powers I would still put my faith in love. I would still get the lesson about turning the other cheek. Goodness would still look like goodness without any miracle stories.
So, weather you think you can prove or disprove the documentary, it's the question about our faith that's really more important. I think you can still hold onto your ideas about miracles; you should simply put a higher premium on the parts of your faith that don't require miracles....
"Love your neighbor" no miracle required.

A: Even if jesus was "just a man". We still follow his preachings, go to church, pray before eating and have unified maney many people. An even if some of the soties in the bible stil soudn farfeched, its a fact that they were based on reality. If one man can do this, even 2000 years after his death, he should be very very very highly regarded, mabey even as a messiah to man.
