Hello, guest
Name: wygantsh  •  Title: The Knights Templar are the Founders of Religious Freedom  •  Date posted: 03/01/07 2:12
Q: in 1307 the Knights Templar were falsely accused of heresies by the King of France, Philip and his buddy Pope Clement. After King Philip arrested Templars in France there were orders sent to King Edward the II to arrest the KNights Templar in England. King Edward liked the Templars and gave them 60 days to run and hide before the dominican friars came over to England to try and round them up.

The Knights Templar hid in Scotland and formed the first Masonic Lodges and created elaborate secret initiations in order to protect their true identity from the mother Church for fear of being executed.

The Secret Masonic lodges developed into a large network of religious freedom where many people like John Locke developed and shared their ideas of a government for the people and by the people and that the people of a free nation were endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of hapiness without fear of unlawful arrest and property seizure by church authorities who had police powers and the ability to bring criminal charges against individuals based upon nothing more than their ideas and beliefs and thoughts.

There is no mystery as to why most of our founding fathers were Freemasons. The Masons did not officially declare themselves free until 1717 when the last Catholic heir to the throne of England was killed.

A: Hardly. To an extent you could be correct about "religious freedom". Jews, Christians and Muslims were said to be among their ranks.

The Knights Templar were rightfully charged with heresy. They were caught practising baphomet worship and child sacrifice. They were hunted, but could not be exterminated, as they were at the time the wealthiest, and most powerful politicians in Europe. This is illustrated well when in 1252, Renaud de Vichiers challenged King Henry III of England by saying that the Knights Templar had the the power to dethrone certain undesirable kings.

It is worthy of note that when Jacques de Moley was burned at the stake, he placed a curse upon King Philip IV and Clement, stating that they would both die within a year. Both of them did, albeit under suspicious circumstances. Hardly something a very pious man would do.

There are also those claiming that the entireKnights Templar order is occult in nature, as is written about here:

A: The Catholic church REVERSED (exhonorated) its charges of heresy against the Knights Templar approximately 100 years after the death of Jaques de Molay.

It is worthy to note that NOT all people charged with heresy committed the acts they are charged with: see Salem Witch trials, Joan of Arc, the Cathars, etc.....

The admission of hearsay evidence to obtain a conviction OR physical torture (thumb screws, burning the flesh of the flank while suspended by chains, 3rd degree: tying the hands behind the back raising the body by pully off the ground and then dropping the individual when they did not confess the crime they were charged with until both shoulders were completely torn out of their sockets and the rupture of the tendons connecting the body to the arm) to obtain a conviction WAS standard practice by the DOMINICAN FRIARS who served under the direct authority of the HOLY SEE.

It is also worthy to note that Pope Clement is not considered by Papal historians to be a legitimate Pope since he was elected to the papacy when it resided in Avignon France and NOT Rome. Technically he was not a ROMAN CATHOLIC pope, he was the puppet of King Philip who wanted to loot the Knights Templar of their money and resources.

A: Indeed, it would be strange if the Catholic Church did NOT exonerate those claims. The Pope in Rome refused to charge the Templars, and after the 68 year "Babylonian Captivity", it seems fitting that the Roman Catholic Church would adopt it's true position.

Now, I am not one to defend the Catholic Church, they have always had an agenda of their own. However, according to Malcolm Barber, one of the foremost historians on the Knights Templar, King Philip the Fair was a deeply pious man, and was truly concerned for his realm, this aside from his possible worldly motivations, and his rejection from membership of the Order.

There were also numerous Templars who defected to the king in order to receive pardon, confessing the sinister acts of the astoundingly wealthy Templars. There is even an account of a cellmate to an imprisoned Templar, who came to the king and told him of what he had heard, stating atrocities such as sexual perversion, a figurine of the king being stabbed repeatedly during black magic rites, and taught women how to perform abortions.

A: The Knights Templar were working on promoting religous freedom, but the problem was, was the timing, they had to figure a way to spread the truth about there discovery beneath the temple. As when the Dead Sea scrolls were found, a coppper scroll revelead key locations in where treasure and scrolls could be found, so archealogist went digging in one of these key locations in the late 70's, and to there discovery, they found only Tempalr remnants (such as swords that were used to dig).

These scrolls that were suppose to be there, were obviously connected to the Essenes and Jesus. The Templars had discovered this and the real truth to the Jerusalem Church known as, "THE WAY", as specified in Acts 9:2. It wasn't til later, in Acts 11, that the gentiles start reffering to them as Christians.

The Templars did not worship a figure called Baphomet, they did have in their possesion a head. Nobody knows exactly what this head is or belonged to, but most agree it probably was the head of John The Baptist (who was beheaded by Herod) and found under (at the time as known) Herods temple (formerly Solomons temple).

If you were going to be burned alive at the stake (something the Catholic church is good at) you would probably curse your persecutors to. Clemency is always granted to such people as the Templars, Joan of Arc, and etc. , but well after they have been charred to death by the Roman flames!

King Philip was also a broke king and wanted the wealth of the templars who were in his domain. He even went as far as to join them but was denied on being initiated into there order, this really pissed him off. This is when he deposed the pope ( with his men, swords in hand-killed the pope) and placed Pope Clement V in his place. Then they threw in faulty witnesses paid by them to throw false accusations. A rouine used also by the pharisees against Jesus, humm, strikingly similiar.
